Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

  • Unworn and Unwashed Items: You can return any item within 15 days of the delivery date, as long as it is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund for you.

2. Return Process

  • Contact Customer Service: First, reach out to our customer service team at pickallpop@outlook.com. Provide your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will issue a return authorization number. Please write this number clearly on the outside of the return package.
  • Shipping the Item Back: You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

3. Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
  • Refund Issuance: If the item passes the inspection, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5 - 7 business days. The actual time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

4. Exceptions

  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return, unless they are defective or damaged. These items are clearly labeled on the product page.
  • Customized Items: Customized or personalized items cannot be returned, as they are made specifically for you.
